North Carolina Locksmith Licensing Board
EXAM SCHEDULE
All application materials must have been received and approved by the Board in order to register for an exam.
The Board has a study guide (v.5.0) available for the locksmith licensure examination. The study guide costs $45. Click here to purchase a study guide for the NC Locksmith Licensing exam.
The Board is now offering the licensing exam multiple times a year at locations across North Carolina. Please review the exam schedule and contact the Board’s Director, director@nclocksmithboard.org, to schedule your appointment to the exam administration.
Note: Only approved applications will be allowed to be seated for the examination. You submit the application first, then you are scheduled to take the exam.
