Proposed Rules: 
On January 13, 2025, the Board proposed changes to its administrative rules. This initiates a 60-day public comment period, before a potential effective date of July 1, 2025. Click here to review the proposed changes and how you can provide comment. 

Periodic Review of Rules:
The Board is required to review its rules at least every 10 years. The Board is now engaged in that process. Click here to access the Rules page for more information.

Annual Reports:
